Instructors
Chief Simulator Instructor – Arthur St. Arnaudhas been flying for 34 years and worked in both the corporate and airline industries. As a certified Flight Instructor of Airplanes and as an evaluator in flight training devices, Arthur has accumulated nearly 10,000 hours of total time with 5,000 hours of dual given. Arthur is a graduate of Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and is an Airline Transport Pilot.
Simulator Instructor – Dave Kochhas served as a professional pilot for over 40 years. He spent 22 years as a United Airlines Captain, and has accrued over 17,000 hours of flight time with type ratings in the B737, CL600/601, and S-58. From 1996 to 1999, Dave held the role of FAA designated training center evaluator for FlightSafety International.
Simulator Instructor – Michael Halko has been flying for over 30 years. A 7,000-hour pilot with extensive background in fixed wing instruction, FAR, Part 135 and corporate flying. Mike is an Airline Transport Pilot and holds a Certified Flight Instructor/Ground Instructor in airplane single & multi engine land and instrument certificates. Mike has attended Citation 500 Series flight training at Flight Safety annually over the past 10 years. Mike is President of Halko Insurance Group, his time is divided between his passion as a simulator flight instructor and his business as a Group Insurance Agent.
Simulator Instructor – Alvin Gonzalez has over ten years experience as a CFI, CFII, and MEI. A five thousand hour pilot with extensive experience as a corporate part 135 on demand charter pilot. Alvin is typed in several Aircraft and is currently flying a Lear 45. Alvin’s expertise in training is extremely helpful with our South American Clients.
Simulator Instructor – Stephen Treacy has flown since 1966 with nearly 3000 hours flight time. He is an adjunct professor of management at a Chicago area graduate school of management and a consultant to organizations. In 1996 he decided to combine his love of teaching with his passion for aviation and obtained his CFI rating for airplanes and instruments. Presently his great interest is helping existing pilots maintain their proficiency and aspiring pilots learn basics about flight.
Simulator Instructor – Bryce Deter began flying while in high school in the 1970's and has flown more than 30 different aircraft including taildraggers and gliders. He is a CFI, CFII, MEI, glider instructor and has given more than 1500 hours of dual instruction while accumulating 4500 hours of flight time. Bryce has also trained at the Cirrus factory in Duluth, MN and is a Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) in both the Avidyne Entegra and Garmin Perspective Cirrus models. Bryce practices dentistry when not in the cockpit.
Simulator Instructor – Rich Sternal has been flying for over 30 years. He recently retired from American Airlines after 22 years where he was a Captain for 12 years on the MD82/83 and the B727. Rich has over 11,000 hours total flight time with type ratings on the DC-9 and B-727 and flew Twin Otters and Skyvans in Alaska. He is also possesses CFI, CFII and MEI Certificates. In addition, Rich worked as an aerospace engineer for Boeing and Sperry Flight Simulation.
Management
President – Dave Rosebraugh began his career as a private pilot over 40 years ago. Dave became a flight instructor in the early 70’s and currently holds a CFII. During Dave’s career as a flight instructor and busy insurance agent, he saw the need for a training device (simulator) that could teach flight procedures and emergencies in a safe environment. Dave decided to fill the need with the use of Frasca Training Devices and formed Glass Simulator center in June of 2005.
General Manager – John McHugh spent over 40 years in both corporate and FAR part 135 charter operations. With over 5,800 hours in most types of aircraft, John was a CFI, CFII, and MEII, and is typed in the Cessna Citation 500 series aircraft. Other experience includes serving as a chief pilot and director of operations. John was also a FAA authorized check airman in the King Air 90/100/200 series and the Piper Navajo.
National Sales Marketing Manager – Becky Andricks has spent the last 15 years in small / mid market business banking, specifically in Treasury Management sales, sales training and sales management in the financial/banking industry. Becky has been awarded continually for outstanding sales, customer service and team leadership. Becky has been active in her father's aviation business within sales/marketing and financial operations. Becky's ability is to provide top tier customer solutions and customer service for pilots and charter companies.
